Our Story

About Chocolate Bash

Chocolate Bash was founded in 2015 in Tustin, California by Rasha Albasha, who set out to build something more than a dessert shop — a premium, chocolate-focused brand built around indulgence, artistry, and the joy of sharing. From a single location, the concept grew into more than 30 stores across the United States and internationally. Every Chocolate Bash pairs European café sophistication with a warm, modern, “Insta-friendly” space — an open dessert kitchen, artistic wall décor, cozy seating, and ambient lighting. The menu spans Belgian-chocolate crepes and waffles, Bash Bites, pancakes and sundaes, specialty coffees and milkshakes, and a retail chocolate and gifting line.

Beyond dessert, Chocolate Bash is a social brand. Loved by families, travelers, and influencers, it turns every visit into shareable content — building loyalty and organic reach that compound market by market.

The Vision Behind Chocolate Bash

Rasha Albasha

Founder & CEO

Rasha founded Chocolate Bash in 2015 and grew it from a single Southern California shop into a global brand with more than 30 locations across the U.S. and in markets including Dubai, Qatar, and India. Her vision — premium chocolate desserts served in a beautiful, share-worthy space — defined a category and a loyal following.

Recognized as SBA Woman-Owned Business of the Year and featured on CBS and ABC, Rasha now leads the brand’s franchise expansion — building the systems, supply chain, and support that let new owners replicate the Chocolate Bash experience in their own communities.
